Querétaro 2016

Leonora Carrington was a fabulous surrealist artist who lived in Mexico from 1942 until her death in 2011 at the age of 93. She produced many wonderful sculptures. Last year we were privileged to visit a number of them on display in the Linear Park in Metepec, with our friends the Mandujanos. This year we are delighted to find 10 of the giant bronzes on display here in Querétaro, set beneath the iconic aqueduct. We visited them today: they are wonderful.
