Porteños - people who live in and around Valparaiso

The people who live in and around Valparaiso are called Porteños – people of "the port city". This covers more territory than just Valparaiso – including suburbs and the neighboring city of Viña del Mar. These photos, taken by Lois, show some of the local folks here we have encountered in our wanderings about town and in the area.
